Initially, I will meet with you to view your home, and gather important details regarding your home.
We will use comparable properties that are currently for sale or recently sold in your neighborhood to accurately price your property for today's market.
I will advise you as to how best prepare your home for sale and ultimately for showings.
I will have your home professionally photographed to capture all of its best attributes, measure all your rooms and install an electronic lockbox on your front door to assist other Realtors in showing your home.
A Royal LePage 'For Sale' sign will be installed on your front lawn to indicate your home is on the market.
Your property will be entered on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) along with the pictures and pertinent information regarding your home.
Using the pictures that I have taken, colored Feature Sheets will be prepared and placed in a Presentation Folder in your home for all showings.
Your home will be advertised on 5 different websites including Realtor.ca, The Ottawa-Carleton Real Estate Board, Royal LePage Canada, Royal LePage Team Realty Kanata and my own personal website: www.GlendaBrindle.com
Schedule MLS Open House for Realtors to preview in the event they may have an interested buyer and/or Public Open Houses upon your approval.
Local area Realtors will be notified that your home is currently on the market, as well as my own buyer clientelle.
As well, your home will be advertised in the Kanata Kourier, The Ottawa Citizen or The Real Estate Guide depending on which marketing tool best fits your property.
Just Listed Cards will be prepared and mailed out.
All appointments for showings are booked through Royal LePage Team Realty, you will always be notified when an agent wants to bring potential buyers through your home. You will have the right to confirm or deny each showing based on your schedule.
After each showing, I will contact the agent for their feedback regarding your property, and I will provide this information to you as soon as possible.
Once we have an interested buyer, I will assist you through the selling process providing advice and assuring that you get the best possible price for your home.
During the entire transaction of negotiating and completing the sale on your home, I will be available to help you in finding a building inspector, if required; a lawyer and/or with any other real estate help that you may require.
